Short version: we use what you share to move your freight, and we don't sell it. Long version below.
01What we collect
When you request a quote, ask for a shipment status, or contact us, you choose to share details like your name, company, email address, phone number, and shipment information. Forms on this site package your message into an email that you send to us — nothing is submitted silently in the background. If you call, we may keep notes of the conversation so we can serve you properly.
02How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and track shipments, invoice completed work, and keep records that transportation regulations require. That's it.
03What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with parties necessary to complete your shipment (for example, terminals, railroads, or your customs broker) or when the law requires it.
04Hosting & technical data
This website is hosted on Vercel, which may log standard technical data such as IP addresses and request times to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
05Retention & your choices
We keep business records as long as operations and regulations require. If you'd like us to correct or delete contact information we hold about you, email us and we'll take care of it.
